Upgraded a Urology practice to Genie v8 and migrated them from a Windows to an Apple Mac Server.
Took over the support and maintenance of a Urology practice using Genie, conducted a full site security audit and ensured the practice was secure and compliant.
Implemented an Endocrinology practice on the cloud using Blue Chip, Medical Director in a completely paperless and secure infrastructure.
Conducted a GP Accreditation IT audit for a practice in Queensland and assisted in them achieving their certification.
Successfully migrated a Nephrology practice from an older practice management system to Blue Chip and Medical Director.
Implemented a specialist pediatric practice using Zedmed with practitioners connection from different locations – all connecting seamlessly to a secure server.
